Since astronomers have long confirmed that the sun has been putting out LESS heat the last twenty years, and that there have been no changes in Earth's orbit or tilt that could lead to heating, I feel it is certain that the HUGE amounts of heat-retaining methane and carbon dioxide that humans have added to the Earth's atmosphere are the likely causes.
